JILI.win Agent Incentive Program
Invitation Letter:
Our agent program is a professional marketing system widely used by both individuals and companies to promote
a leading betting platform to customers. The company firmly believes in a successful and mutually beneficial
partnership with our valued agents.

I. Agent Commission

Net Profit = Total Win/Loss - Total Rebate - Total Promotions - Platform Fees.
* Platform Fee = Total Win/Loss × 10% (If the agent has no negative net profit for the month,
the platform fee will not be charged).
* Commission = Net Profit × Commission Rate.
* The agent has a net profit of 2,000,000 points this month, with 5 valid members.
The commission will be: 2,000,000 × 45% = 900,000 points (equivalent to 900,000₱).
* The agent has a net profit of 2,000,000 points this month, with 20 valid members.
The commission will be: 2,000,000 × 55% = 1,100,000 points
(equivalent to 1,100,000₱)
* Agents must reach a minimum of 3 valid members per month in order to receive commission.
* If the agent does not meet the two conditions above within the month,
no commission will be granted for that month.
* Valid Member: A member who, within the month, deposits ≥ 1,000 points and
has valid bets ≥ 3,000 points (based on a comprehensive evaluation of IP, activity level,
and top-up behavior approval).
* Chú ý:
- Agents running Google SEO/ADS using the company’s internal keywords will receive a fixed commission rate of 25%.
Starting from February 1, 2024, the fixed rate will be adjusted to 15%.
(Examples of internal keywords: new JILI.win link, JILI.win link, JILI.win login, etc.)
- This program does not apply to lottery products.
II. New Member Development Bonus
All agents who bring in at least one valid new member in the month will receive a New Member Development Bonus.
Each valid new member earns a bonus of 200 points, with no limit on total rewards.

* Example: If the agent brings in 10 new valid members in a month,
they will receive: 10 × 200 points = 2,000 points (equivalent to 2,000₱).
* Definition of a New Valid Member:** A new member who makes their **first deposit within the month**,
with **total deposits ≥ 1,000 points** and **valid bets ≥ 3,000 points**, (based on a comprehensive review of IP,
activity, and top-up behavior).
* Note:
- Agents running Google SEO/ADS with the company’s internal keywords are not eligible for the new member bonus program.
- This program does not apply to lottery products.
III. Commission and Bonus Distribution Method
* Commissions and new member bonuses will be distributed before the 5th of each month.
* All commissions and bonuses will be directly credited to the agent account provided by JILI.win.
Commission Calculation & Terms
* Commission Formula: Net Profit × Commission Rate.
* If the agent has positive net profit, it will be deducted from the profits of the
following months until the positive amount is fully offset.
* Members involved in abuse, multiple accounts, quota manipulation,
or data falsification will not be considered valid members.
* Agents are not allowed to create their own game accounts using their own referral links. If violated,
the account will be removed from the agent’s link. In serious cases, the partnership may be terminated.
* The company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the partnership
if it detects the agent engaging in abusive behavior to gain unjustified commissions.
* In case of any discrepancies or misunderstandings regarding the interpretation of this program,
the company reserves the right to make the final decision in all circumstances.
